As the Accounts and Admin Manager, I’m responsible for keeping our financial and administrative systems running smoothly behind the scenes. My role covers everything from managing accounts payable and receivable to payroll, reporting, invoicing, and general day-to-day admin support across the business. I take pride in being organised, efficient, and detail-focused—making sure everything adds up, deadlines are met, and our team has the support they need to focus on the job at hand. I’m also the go-to point of contact for our clients and suppliers when it comes to financial queries or admin matters, and I always aim to keep communication clear, professional, and timely. I’m passionate about creating systems that work, streamlining processes, and helping the business grow sustainably. It’s important to me that our operations are not only efficient but also transparent and well-supported—because strong foundations lead to strong results.

With a strong and diverse background spanning real estate, construction, labour contracting, and financial services, I bring a well-rounded, practical perspective to every venture I’m involved in. My career began in real estate, where I developed a sharp eye for opportunity, built strong client relationships, and learned how to move strategically in fast-paced environments—skills that have carried through into every role since. Over time, I transitioned into the construction and labour contracting industry, where I founded and currently operate Get Contracting Ltd.—a company that has rapidly grown into a trusted large-scale subcontractor, particularly in the renewable energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. I’ve built hands-on experience in workforce management, project operations, and delivery at scale, always focused on safety, reliability, and results. Alongside this, I’ve worked within the financial and industrial finance space, gaining a deep understanding of how businesses operate, invest, and grow. That financial insight has played a key role in supporting my own ventures. Across all of my work, one thing has remained constant: my commitment to helping local companies and clients grow. I believe in real partnerships, honest communication, and solutions that genuinely move things forward.

Hi, I’m Duke—the one with four legs, a tail, and a serious commitment to keeping things safe and running smoothly around here. As the company’s guard dog, I take my job seriously. I’m always on patrol, keeping an eye on the yard, the gear, and the team (and maybe sniffing out a snack or two). But it’s not all security—I’m also in charge of morale. Whether it’s a quick tail wag, a nudge for pats, or just being present, I like to make sure the crew’s in good spirits. Visitors get a friendly hello, and the team gets loyalty, day in and day out. I don’t miss much. Except while I nap.
